I had a great experience at Lexus of Merrillville. I went in on a Friday night just to look at a vehicle, and by Saturday I ended up purchasing one with a really solid deal. They had good incentives, and we came to a fair agreement on my trade-in, which made the decision easier. Our salesman, Rafael, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and very respectful of our time. We had limited availability because we needed to get back to our kids, and he kept everything efficient without making us feel rushed or pressured. He clearly knew the vehicle well and answered our questions confidently. There was a small hiccup with the gas tank not being completely full at delivery, but Rafael took care of it right away, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and positive buying experience, and I’d recommend Lexus of Merrillville—especially if you value good communication and respect for your time.

Customer service was excellent! They offered to help me with my daughter’s car seat, both when getting out of the car and when returning to it after my vehicle was finished. They also directed me to the lounge and the amenities offered to customers while waiting for their cars to be serviced. Overall, it was a smooth and fast experience.

Sales people very good experience. When it got to the signing document part it felt as if I was at a different dealer asking for free stuff instead of reviewing finance documents on a $30k plus loan. Financing guy was arrogant & discriminatory. I had my wife and daughter with me, wife asked a couple of questions and it could be noticed that he was not happy at all to get them answered.

Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. However it's going on three weeks and I haven't received a call about the car I bought.

Purchased a used car from them. Good sales people. Very informative. Very understanding. I would've gave 5 stars but when I picked up my car it was on Empty. My car came with winter floor mats but the passanger side was missing.
