Now, for the not so great service from the business manager, Joseph Sepulveda. 1) He wrote the incorrect mileage on the odometer document then asked me to verify that it was correct, which it was not. After numerous test drives, dealers know that the vehicle has more mileage than when they bought it. Physically go look at the mileage before writing this information on the check! 2) Then on the buyer's order, it clearly states the $15 ERT fee is OPTIONAL however Joe indicated that this is a mandatory fee and if I don't sign off on it the he wouldn't sell me the car. 3) Let's keep going...he also wanted me to initial that I had a trade in, which I did not. We finally agreed that I wouldn't sign that line. I was very upset by these discrepancies and if it were not for Pete and Noelle, I would have walked away. I expect more from Lexus as a premium brand. And yes, Details Matter! Not done yet 4) Joe didn't have me sign the check at the time of sell so I signed the check a week later. Clearly, there is a need for some improvement. Joseph needs some retraining and Lexus should update their buyer's order "if" the ERT fee is truly mandatory fee. Overall, this dealership is a good place to purchase a vehicle. Don't let one bad apple ruin it for the rest of the team. Read before signing anything. Most importantly, try to avoid signing the paper work with the business manager, Joseph Sepulveda. ”
