They had good incentives, and we came to a fair agreement on my trade-in, which made the decision easier. Our salesman, Rafael, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and very respectful of our time. We had limited availability because we needed to get back to our kids, and he kept everything efficient without making us feel rushed or pressured. He clearly knew the vehicle well and answered our questions confidently. There was a small hiccup with the gas tank not being completely full at delivery, but Rafael took care of it right away, which I appreciated.
