“ We bought a used Hyundai from Lexus of Merrillville. After getting home, we noticed some poorly fixed body work on the driver side, supposedly done by the previous owner/dealership. We were to the point of returning the vehicle back to get our trade in back, we were told that was not an option and if we wanted to, we would lose $2000 with only having it 24hrs. They agreed to attempt to buff out the poor paint job and scratches, but it only did so much. The next best thing they could do is refer us to their body shop out of our own pocket. They don't look over their used inventory close enough to find and fix issues like this, so make sure to bring it inside under good lighting and spend some time looking everything over closely yourself. Once we got it out of the rain and dry, the scratches and discoloration was obvious. Something that should have been easily seen by many people along the way. As far as the sales process, Johnathan did an outstanding job with not only explaining the process, but not pressuring and being straight forward. He continued to help in every way after finding the issue and getting us the help we needed. Ask for John if you want a smooth experience. The only reason I am recommending this place is because of the great service we had initially, and thereafter with John. I don't suggest getting anything used unless you take some extra time to make sure you look over everything yourself, twice. ”
